Maw Shein Win is a writer who lives in Berkeley, California. Her work has been published in print and online journals such as 2River, No Tell Motel, Moria, Big Bridge and Watchword. She was co-founder of Comet, a literary, arts, and culture magazine. A recipient of the Creativity Workshops Women Writers Fellowship in Italy and the Judson Jerome Scholarship at Antioch Writers Workshop, she also completed a residency at Can Serrat in Spain. She is currently an Affiliate Artist at Headlands Center for the Arts.
