WFB customer since 1968. Also sent letter about 6 figure balance and their
forced arbitration weasal wording. Told the “Tarper” I will never give up
my Constitutional rights/waive due process. They reco I go elsewhere, I did.
Now bank wants to know why, Duh–so longTarper.
Today purchased a new car-dealer no understand why I want to X/strike out
the arbitration wordings. I asked them what country are they from. They said
you rude(?) for refusing(full cash purchase)to sign purchase order- I said No, I refuse
to sign the arbitration clause. Real Americans NEVER give up their rights.
They dug their heels in said have other buyer for my car and they already cashed
the check. I walked out-went across street bought another car(cash) and THey
X out the Arbitration wording and rolled/sold the car. Who are these
anti American/aliens?? Went to my bank and cancelled/stop pyt on the check.
Their attorney called said I waived my $30G and can’t stop payment. Told
him retired with 35 years experienece in Fed district court cases. He said I was rude
and hung up.
The arbitration wording approved by US Supreme court + their OK
to corporations to donate all the campaign /Cpak funds they want. Ask any(few)
civil rights attorneys-isn’t all our problems today caused by the Judicial immunities.
They say-Yes. Not only are judges immuned from Any wrong doing, but hey can grant
full immunity to prosecutors and politicians—look at the growing arrests nationwide
in last five years with no warrants or bail to mute those who disagree with them
by using false evidence and testimony.
