You hoped we could. You thought we did. You think we still can!
Steven Wolf, a division of Steven Wolf Fine Arts, says No We Can’t, and on July 31st he distributed badges with his motto at the corner of Valencia and 20th Street. Wolf deputized those who share his loser ethos and fellowship with those who enjoy bearing the grim tidings of failure and resignation to a populace wishful that hope can be translated into meaningful change.
It’s not just political for Wolf. It’s rhetorical.
Contradictory arguments, hecklers and grandstanders were welcome.
